In-home session with comprehensive assessment of child’s oral anatomy and feeding skills. Travel fee included within range. -
Treatment
60 minutes
Appointment following initial evaluation for returning clients. Initial evaluation must have been completed within 60 days of this appointment.
The therapist will complete a comprehensive evaluation about your child’s oral anatomy and feeding skills. The results and recommendations will be discussed during your appointment.
A treatment plan will be electronically sent on date of service.
The therapist has a small supply of various bottles and nipples options that may be trialed during your appointment. Equipment cost is included in evaluation/treatment. Bottles are new and for individual use.
The therapist may also collaborate with the pediatrician and other specialists with caregiver consent.
What is included in my full evaluation?
All services are currently private pay. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. You may choose to use alternative payment methods at time of service. We accept cash, credit card and check. The credit card on file will be charged on date of service if alternative payment is not requested.
